Who we are

What we collect

Diagnostic answers: your responses to the free Score quiz, including industry, ad spend range, and infrastructure answers.
Contact details: name, email address, role, and WhatsApp number, provided by you with consent before your results are shown.
Technical data: referral source, campaign parameters (UTM), and standard analytics signals used to measure how our own pages perform.
Audit data: if you purchase a Diagnose audit, read-only access to your advertising accounts, granted by you and revocable by you at any time.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your infrastructure score and written breakdown.
To contact you about your results via WhatsApp or email, as you consented to at submission.
To perform paid audits you have booked.
To measure and improve our own marketing, which may include sending hashed contact identifiers to advertising platforms (for example Meta Conversions API) for conversion measurement. Raw contact details are never sold or shared.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never share your ad account data with third parties. We never make changes inside a client account without written sign-off.

Storage and retention

Lead data is stored in access-controlled tools (Cloudflare, Airtable). Audit access is read-only and ends when the engagement ends. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; we will action it within 30 days.
